With a wide range of basement services available We can take you through the whole planning and design process, excavation through to construction of the shell and waterproofing all the way through to fit-out and completion. We offer a complete basement conversion service. Likewise we would also be happy to work alongside another contractor that you may wish to undertake the fit-out phase of the project. In this case Basement Shell would still continue to have a presence on site to guarantee the project runs smoothly and is finished to the highest possible standards. Basement Shell London truly believe in a personal service and working with the client face to face. Our success to date has been completely organic with most new business coming from word of mouth.
Insurance and Guarantees
Basement Shell hold the highest standard of insurance required which includes employers and public liability, and an all risks cover. This will cover you if we, or a member of staff, cause damage or loss through negligence or failing to follow the design.
If for any reason there is loss or damage caused due to incorrect design or calculations then the structural engineer or architect would be covered under their professional indemnity insurance.
