Insurance and Guarantees
Basement Shell hold the highest standard of insurance required which includes employers and public liability, and an all risks cover. This will cover you if we, or a member of staff, cause damage or loss through negligence or failing to follow the design.
If for any reason there is loss or damage caused due to incorrect design or calculations, then the structural engineer or architect would be covered under their professional indemnity insurance.
